FAQs
For more detail, read the Zebby guide.
Do I need AI or credits to track applications?
No. Add applications, update statuses, save resumes and keep notes without AI or credits. Analysis is optional.
What happens when a job listing disappears?
The job description you saved in Zebby stays with the role, along with your resume, notes and analysis.
Can I turn a plan into an application?
Yes. Choose Move to Applied in your plan. Its job details, resume and existing analysis carry over without another analysis run.
Can I use Zebby offline?
Saved applications, plans, resumes and job details are available offline. Downloaded models also work offline once installed. Online analysis and importing a listing need a connection.
Where are my resumes and job details stored?
In the database file you choose. Downloaded-model analysis stays on your computer. Online analysis sends the selected job and resume content to your provider, through Zebby's service when using credits. Read the privacy information for details.
Can I use the same database on another computer?
Yes. Put the database in a synced folder and open it in Zebby on the other computer. Quit Zebby and let syncing finish before switching. Use one computer at a time.
Which Windows download should I choose?
Choose x64 for Intel and AMD PCs. Choose ARM64 for Windows PCs with an ARM processor, such as a Snapdragon. Check Settings → System → About → System type on your PC.
